Refersion is a really great affiliate platform for us. It allows us to seamlessly track commissions and pay out affiliates + see top partners. John on their team is great as well, really helpful whenever I have questions.
I worked with Olivier Martineau on two major projects using the Refersion platform. His technical support is responsive, clear, and efficient! He spends the time needed to get the job done. We were able to create ONE global link for our affiliates making our program more streamlined and simple.

This app is expensive, not intuitive, it is time consuming to setup and also to approve all of the conversions. It does provide a W-9 form for the Affiliates, so you will need to manually monitor that and the forms of payment are limited. If you need help from anyone... good luck. They do not help you at all outside of sending you links to figure out the problem yourself.
I will say though that Janice from Customer Service was very kind and even though she could not help me as much as she wanted to, she was the most helpful person I have ever worked with at Refersion. Janice is most likely the best employee in that company.

The Refersion team has been phenomenal. Their platform makes affiliate setup straightforward, but what truly stood out was the outstanding support I received from John. He went above and beyond, personally curating a list of affiliate matches aligned with our brand and providing proactive, thoughtful guidance through every step. It's rare to get this level of care and follow-through. Highly recommended for any merchant looking to grow with confidence.

I wouldn't recommend spending your money on this app. I've been using it for more than 8 months, and it hasn't generated enough sales to even cover its fees.

Eugene was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to help us, and his responsiveness and speed in getting everything resolved were outstanding.
