Disappointing Experience - No Onboarding, No Help

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Refersion Affiliate Marketing has been so disappointing that I feel compelled to share it with others. It is essential for potential users to understand what they're signing up for before they invest time and resources into this platform.

From the start, the onboarding process was nonexistent. I was eager to dive into Refersion and set up my affiliate marketing program, but it seemed like the company simply didn't care. There were no welcome emails, guides, or tutorials to help me get started. I was left to navigate the platform on my own, which was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.

When I reached out to their customer support for assistance, I was met with radio silence. The lack of response was astounding, considering how important customer service should be for a company in this industry. I tried reaching out multiple times through different channels, but the result was always the same: no help.

The absence of any form of guidance or support made it nearly impossible to effectively set up and manage my affiliate marketing program. I spent countless hours researching and trying to figure things out on my own, but it was clear that Refersion was not designed to be user-friendly.

Overall, my experience with Refersion Affiliate Marketing has been incredibly disheartening. Their lack of onboarding and customer support has left me feeling unsupported, and I can't recommend this platform to anyone looking for a seamless, efficient affiliate marketing solution. Save yourself the time, frustration, and resources by looking elsewhere.

Great and super fast integration with our Shopify store! Jon even did a quick test order to double check the integration was working properly and was super helpful with any questions we had!

I recently had a technical issue regarding the priority between discount codes and referral links. I reached out to the customer support team and I have to say that I was impressed by how quickly and easily the problem was solved. Janice was particularly helpful in providing me with a clear explanation of how the system works and what I needed to do to get the best deal. Thanks to her, I was able to complete my purchase with confidence and ease. Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of customer service I received and I would highly recommend this company to others. Great app, and terrific customer service from the team behind it. Layth was such a fantastic help to us recently, and worked with us to make some rather large changes to our existing commission structures. He made an otherwise very painful process quick and easy - can't ask for more than that. Thanks so much!

Ran into some issues initially with the App. For whatever reason, it wouldn't track commissions when switching browsers. I did a complete restart and cache/history clear on all browsers, and then my test orders went through. Initially there was a delay in support, but after making contact, they have been very responsive. The only thing it really needs further is to be able to change the Social Media icons for simplicity on the Affiliate's end (If it's not stupid simple, they won't use it we found out), so hopefully they can customize that or enable that option for the near future and I think this will be the best affiliate App available. So far, for it's features and simplicity of integration, it's the best thing going, and the pricing seems pretty fair for what we need.
