Great software, all we needed to set up our programs. In addition, Alex has been very responsive to requests and some custom items we needed.
We have been using Refersion for our affiliate marketing program since 2018 and have always been very impressed with their customer service. We get regular updates to the app which enhance our affiliate experience. Great app and company.
This is a awesome app. It is easy to setup. The user interface is easy to navigate and operate. The tracking is accurate. The affiliate also enjoy the easy signup process.
I originally tried another affiliates app which unfortunately wasted a week of my time before I finally threw in the towel. I contacted Shopify and they recommended Refersion to me. At first I was a little apprehensive as I didn't want to commit to a monthly pay plan.
As soon as the decision was made it took me no time at all to instal the app, contact my future affiliate and to get the ball rolling.
Any questions have been answered within 24 hours and advise given.
I would totally recommend this app to other companies who wish to grow their affiliate business.

Great app and great customer support. They really help you get set up and integrated with other apps and software. My support tech Nick was super helpful and went out of his way to make it go right so everything was working properly. Already seeing tons of affiliates signing up and gaining traffic.

We are now using Refersion for two sites, and are seeing success so far! My call with Emma today was so helpful! She walked me through different processes to track our Affiliates and conversions, as well as how to change their commission rate. Thanks for all your help!
