Refersion: Affiliate Marketing

Had a great experience, particularly with Erik, in getting this set up. I wanted something that could track orders through our own wordpress site rather than just through shopify, and he was able to help me get it set up after just a few emails. Great support and prompt responses.

So where should i begin, i knew i need a affiliate program was wondering about share&sale and actually hated the idea of not be that independent if im with them, so i gave reffersion a shot, took the 30day test time, got used to it and loved it but did never promo it, i wanted to try their competition first (ohter one is high rated) which i did............and guys, all i can say is be carefull with the competition, they count your views you get from anywhere, not even over affiliates but every traffic and try to charge you for it - SCAM ALARM!

so now? im back to reffersion, they saved all my data for me, emma the support is super sweet and helpfull in any way and they even grand me another 14 free days.

overall, reffersion is the No1 app if you need a affiliate program, its not for cheap products because they charge you per sale a fixed ammount, but to me thats the most fair possible option there is!

i love reffersion, and will stay with them - again also because of the support, exept on weekends you get responds within less than 10minutes, always competent, always helpfull!

We've only begun to use, but the customer service during set-up has been wonderful! Erik was responsive and clear, and did his very best to ensure we got set up smoothly. So far, the dashboard has been easy to use, and the tracking process was relatively easy - syncing to Shopify was seamless and quick.

The app is a great way to manage affiliates and monitor their results. This allows for more strategic affiliate and influencer partnerships moving forward.

Wonderfull! Emma helped me with installing the app properly. I am using a thirth party payment provider, so Refersion did not work in the first stage. They helped me installing the app for free. Thanks Emma and Refersion!

The app has bugs, I got several customer emails upset about the pop up not going away on mobile. They are currently trouble shooting it but as is its buggy and does not work as advertised. Buyer beware.
