I started using refersion and ran into a couple of issues and contacted customer support and spoke with a gentleman named Sergio. Sergio is by far one of the most helpful customer service representatives I've spoken with, he walked me through step by step on how to fix my issues and knew exactly what he was doing . Definitely has a great sense of humor and made things easy for me! Thanks man!
I had decided that I wanted to launch an Affiliate program but really didn't know where to start with all of the technical issues. I can sell things - but getting it all set up was my biggest fear. I tried one program and I was so lost I was about to pull my hair out. So I did a Google Search as to which Affiliate program worked with my Shopify account. Oh My Goodness Refersion was the answer 100%. It was so simple to set up. The Support Team is amazing! The fact that they could show me how to go into Shopify and set up Vanity sites for my affiliates really added another plus. I can't say enough about this App.
