Erik did an amazing job. Fast and friendly! I m glad I can start with my affiliate program so fast :)
We have been using Refersion for the past 5 months and have had nothing but problems. The app is very buggy and never seems to be working properly. I have worked for years to build lasting relationships with my affiliate partners and the Refersion software has been randomly giving and then taking away commissions putting my integrity into question. Unforutanly after several commission issues, I can no longer trust this app and will be looking into different options.
Great way to get a referral program started. Everything you need is there and it's super easy to get going. Andre from Refersion help us greatly to test everything and get it all going.
Simple set up, all my affiiates love it!
Very easy to use and to set up. The only thing that can be hard is to fix your API settings in your PayPal account, however, Refersion offers an extremely simple step-by-step manual to do this in no time. Erik helped me fix set up the link in my Shopify store, so the customer support is awesome. Absolutely recommend this!
I used this app to help me get more customers and i would love to learn how to refer people so they can make a commission from me also and Emma was a great helper :)

Customer service is excellent and the concept is great. Our advice is to think very carefully before committing to any affiliates app because once your affiliates are all signed up then you don't want to stuff them around by changing to a different app.
We very quickly moved to having to pay $27 a month for our affiliate program with Refersion once we had a number signed up but we were not yet generating any income from the affiliates program. This is a big commitment for a new company so for us the jury is still out on this app.
