This app is really good in filtering the bad feedback. Very user friendly, it is very easy to set up. Good customer service, replied to me within a day.
The only thing I wished if I could see the list of customers this app has sent the email to, instead of just numbers.

worked within minutes! very impressed. still using the free trial but they sent emails to my old customers and they started leaving me reviews
Super easy to set up but only just installed so haven't tested it yet but IF my thoughts change I will add another review. So far so good.
