I have researched all of the major returns apps and decided to go with Return Prime for our store. By far one of the best Return apps available for Shopify. Streamlines the entire process for customers so that it takes a job off of your plate. There are some features I've requested that the Return Prime team responded they're currently working on building it out. Sounds like their development team has a great plan in place. The value we're going to get from this app is incredible!
Their team is so quick to respond to all of my questions. Really wonderful customer service! Their automatic Return Process has saved out soo much of my time :)

We had been looking for an alternative to our returns app for a while now. But we needed a connection to Shippo, which is now possible since yesterday. So I installed the app and what can I say great. Everything is customizable, all texts can be translated into the required language. A couple of things had to be adapted, so we turned to the support and this was really extremely helpful and has implemented everything within a few minutes perfect. Now everything is fine, and works as desired. We can rate this app and especially the suport with 5 stars.

This app has helped us enormously in managing the process efficiently and, above all, managing customer expectations more effectively. In the initial stage we needed a few clarifications and found the customer support to be extremely quick and responsive.

So, long story short: This is straight forward one of the best apps I have seen so far. Stable, extremely flexible, comprehensive and easy to use. For both, the admin and the customer. Also: Very professional, very dedicated, very TOP-NOTCH team, that will back you up no matter what. WORTH EVERY CENT! Now the details: Easy to setup and extremely flexible. You can customize literally EVERYTHING. Every text/caption/error message etc. can be translated in what ever language you want. VERY multilingual! Email templates can be individualized via HTML/SCC. It will look like a native part of your store and absolutely NOT like an app, that is running in the background. Comprehensive admin panel (got used to it in no time). All returns and exchanges summed up in clear cockpit charts. You will never loose track of ANY of the customer's requests. Speaking about the customer: A very clear and straight forward customer interface. As a customer you can issue your request in literally just a few mouse clicks. Also customers can track the status of their request at any time with the integrated history/tracking function. A HUGE plus for customer experience! Functionality: All data is synched with your store virtually in real time. Never ever had to manually synch my orders/returns/exchanges. Runs extremely smooth and stable. All auto emails will be delivered within minutes, and can be resent manually if there is the need for it. Now here comes the best: The team behind the app. Cannot tell you how AWESOME those guys are! They will respond quickly, minor requests will be resolved within just a few hours. Even for more complicated requests they will never need more than 1 or 2 days. Be sure, that they will back you up NO MATTER WHAT! Very professional, very dedicated, very TOP NOTCH!

We are using Return Prime since some months now and we love the app, as all return handling is easy and straight forward. Great Support from the Appsdart Team. Fast and Professional. They are always open for suggestions and new challenges. We highly recommend this app. It will help you to manage exchanges and costumer returns easily in almost automatic flow. Enduser appreciate the clean and easy landing page for their requests. Finally they don‘t need to send emails and loose time. Integrations of Logistic and HTML Emails. Uploads of pictures and manual Shipment labels (if necessary) are rounding up the feature set of this app. We checked several or the competitors but most of them are much more expensive and really complicated or not having fast support responses. The integration to Shopify is perfect for exchange orders and refunds.
