I havent used it yet but the developer contacted me and explained every detail via google meeting. And setted up the app for meş And it seems like it is great to lead refunds and to build trust among customers. Also all functions are opened to the users. The difference between pro and free plan is the numbers of customers’ refund issues per month. You can decide to the plan according to your needs.
I was introduced to Returns Prime last month and honestly it has really changed the way we handle and process returns. After searching for many months we found the perfect returns platform for the Indian market as it integrates seamlessly with Indian courier providers. I find the app useful, with many good features like Exchange for any product in the store, various refund options for my customers, incl. bank transfer which is absolutely needed for the markets my store operates. The back-end works smooth and my overall experience with Return Prime is positive.

Very great support helped me enable the return portal manually. They also helped me add other css customisations to improve my return portal. They put all this effort in for my company when I was using the free plan. I would recommend this app to every business owner who wants to create a return portal for their customers.
