Title: Beware of Deceptive Practices: A Cautionary Tale

Despite the apparent quality of their product, it pains me to say that dealing with this company feels like navigating a minefield of deceit and underhanded tactics. Let me share our experience with you, and why I urge extreme caution if you choose to engage with them.

Firstly, let's talk about their "smart exchange" feature, which initially seemed promising. However, it soon became apparent that this feature came at a cost, a mere $0.10 per transaction. In January, upon downloading the app, our team meticulously deliberated over this feature and collectively decided to opt out, deeming it unnecessary for our needs.

Imagine our surprise when, come February, we discovered that this feature had mysteriously been activated without our consent. Naturally, we were taken aback. We reached out to their customer support, expecting swift resolution and an acknowledgment of their error. Instead, we were met with denial after denial, as they vehemently refuted any wrongdoing on their part. Despite our unwavering certainty, we reluctantly accepted their stance.

However, this unsettling scenario repeated itself like clockwork in March, and once again today, leaving us feeling utterly exasperated and betrayed. Each time, we were met with the same denials and dismissals, further eroding any semblance of trust we might have had in this company.

In conclusion, while their product may have its merits, the company's apparent disregard for transparency and integrity is deeply concerning. Proceed with caution when considering their services, and be vigilant against any unauthorized changes or charges to your account. Trust, once lost, is not easily regained, and this company has left us wary and disillusioned.

Wish the developer was transparent with pricing. The app is advertised on the store as being Free. However, it is not free once you download, anything over 5 return tickets cost. If you want to know the price before downloading this app- it is $9.99 for up to 30 return tickets and $0.49 per additional ticket initiated. You are limited to 2 logistics integrations and 1 user free and the 2nd is paid. No more outside of that. If this was disclosed prior to downloading, I would have been able to determine it doesnt work for my shop and team of 5. I wasted time on setting up and then got to the part where I have to upgrade to a plan that still doesn't meet my needs.
