Extremely useful app for cutting down on customer service issues
The customer service provided by Samad through the Returns Center was awesome! He was super helpful, very professional, and extremely patient! I feel better knowing he is handling my concern, and I have full confidence in his ability to resolve my issues!

great app! easy to install and to use
good feature ... but the return labels are expensive
good customer service... first few days customers had hard time downloading the labels but then it got ok
This makes handling returns so much easier. I'm surprised Shopify doesn't include return handling by default, but this app fills the gap nicely.
