Great onboarding experience and when I started off slow Vilash was really helpful in improving my profile, email template and more which instantly increased my conversion rate.
I've been using Reviews.io for my Shopify store for the past few months, and I'm absolutely loving it. The app is incredibly easy to use, and it's helped me collect hundreds of reviews from my customers. I love that I can customize the look and feel of the review widget to match my store's theme, and I also appreciate the fact that I can easily segment my audience and send targeted review requests.
The customer support at Reviews.io is also top-notch. I've had a few questions along the way, and they've always been quick to respond and help me out.

Easily the worst customer service I've ever received for any product or service. There are lots of cool-sounding features but they're all buggy and don't work on even a basic level. I wasted countless hours going back and forth with customer support, to which they routinely ignored my questions and just spat out obtuse and unhelpful responses. I switched to Klaviyo Reviews and it has been incredible from the very beginning. Save yourself a ton of headaches and go with Klaviyo.
