The app is very easy to use and we've received excellent customer service from Vilash. She made sure we understand how to get the most value out of the platform and offered us customised advice based on our business and goals.
Amador and their team have been super helpful all along the way: from importing our existing reviews, to setting up review collection flows, and explaining the Google Rich Snippets. They helped implement their code when I was having trouble, and they even stylized it to fit our branding.
I have been using this app for a few years and highly recommend it. Fantastic team and great support.

Reviews.io was a big help in collecting reviews. We were already doing ok with product reviews using another app but moving to Reviews.io helped us get our Google Local and Facebook reviews where they needed to be. Highly recommended.
Daniel was super helpful when i had issues with pulling in tagged reviews. He went above and beyond to get them working in a couple of places for me.

Integrating Reviews.io onto our bespoke Shopify site was simple but what I have appreciated most is the quick and professional turnaround from the support teams (& live chat) whenever I have had a question or issue.
Reviews.io has great features, innovative backend and superb support team. Highly recommend it. The video first review request emails are really rocks. If your crownd are millenials, REviews.io is a definite go.
