We came from using a different platform for several years and their pricing model simply pushed us away. That's when we discovered Reviews.io and we were impressed about everything it has to offer. The UI is great and everything front-facing is easy to use. There were a few hiccups during the integration process but we are super grateful for Leila at Reviews.io for the guidance and support. Excellent app with a huge amount of functionality compared to Trustpilot (we migrated from them) - it also costs much less. Support is excellent and they go the extra mile

The support team is awesome and really quick at responding to requests. The setup process was also super smooth, their team installed and configured the widgets to our needs. Also, loving the product star rating we're seeing on google ads, getting quite a conversion boost so overall really happy with the team and app! Keep up the great work. Highly recommend.

I've used Reviews.io for some months now and my first impression were that of great trouble.. Technical and implementation. But together with their awesome support they helped solve it all. Quick to answer and always on the ball to help! Which was a new experience for me from the SaaS world.

The program helps us collect reviews, both company and product, integrating it to our site for that awesome social proof. Right now I'm working on tagging and categorizing instagram pictures that customers has tagged us in. All within their reviews.io. ‍

Eventually that will work with a widget of theirs on our site as UserGeneratedContent for an even bigger boost!

I've been using this app for 2 months now on the free plan. It was okay to install everything following the instructions on the dashboard. The Customer Service is superb! I've spoken to them twice, and my issue was solved straight away! Highly recommend!
