I love the app, it's just the entry level price is too expensive for small businesses. They need to drop the starter price. I would have moved from Free to Starter over a year ago if they had a promotion or something. Currently keeping an eye out for cheaper paid options or seeing if they address the price issue.

EDIT: Smile have addressed my issues. I am very happy with the dedication they showed in coming up with a great solution for my business.
