App is free to use that offers a lot of functions that we need including FAQs, faq categories, faq page. Setup is also pretty easy. I needed some help with some specific questions, Emily responded at their support live chat right away. She is very helpful and provided all the details that I need.

Only 1 thing that I wish the app could have is the built in live chat. It would be the perfect fit for our company need.
