Smile has been a great app for our loyalty program. It's full of features, but not confusing to use like other apps available. Really appreciate how Smile have prioritised the UX for both the end users and also us as a merchant. The new 'Points at Checkout' feature is great!

Their customer support is also very responsive and helpful!
