So far every time we contact customer service for questions, the agents have been super helpful. Jade was the most recent agent who helped, she was able to look into a customers account and help us give them their points back. The help is always prompt, and easy to understand.

Adding that each time we have reached out to customer service they have been extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. And it has been quick to get in touch with someone which is very helpful. Recently Shelby has been helping us out a bunch.
