Great and rare support!

I am annoying since I don't like to give access to my store to app's devs. The support was patience and quick to give me answers for what I needed.
Also MOST IMPORTANT: they are intelligent and can speed up conversations to get to solutions quickly without wasting hours of talking and without the need of esczlating the ticket to other departments.
