THought it was great but it overlaps my shopping cart button on mobile and there's no way to adjust it. Fight and pay to get people to my site, they add my products and then can't get to them to pay?!

Thanks for flagging this, a chat widget covering the cart button on mobile is a real problem since it gets directly in the way of checkout. The widget's mobile placement options are limited, and getting it to clear the cart button usually takes a look at your theme. Our team can help reposition it at help.shopify.com/support, and we'll pass the need for better mobile placement controls along to the Inbox team.
