Amazing app! We offer products that require customers to enter their Instagram username in the product fields. Previously, if a customer added an item to their cart but abandoned it before reaching checkout, Shopify wouldn’t save any of their input—so we had no way to follow up. Thanks to this app, we can now record user sessions and see exactly who entered their Instagram handle and added items to the cart, even if they didn’t start the checkout. This allows us to reach out, offer support, and answer any questions they might have had.
It’s made a noticeable difference in our conversion rates. Highly recommended!
