UPDATE: We have been using Smile for several months now, and we're SO happy with the program, but above all I want to give a huge shoutout to our account manager, DAVID WYATT!!! He goes above and beyond for us on a regular basis, and is always there with the quick responses to help us in a pinch. Truly a fantastic experience overall, and I could not recommend Smile more.

Jade was very helpful and provided great follow-up to my question.
