This app is decent, but too many issues make it grossly overpriced for what it provides.
Customers are constantly being rewarded duplicate discounts for reaching tiered levels. I have had this issue several times now with support telling me it was fixed when it clearly has not been.
Also, if you refund orders, rewards then do not get credited back to the user, so it must be done manually. This will always be a headache if you cancel any orders.
