Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

I'm brand new to this ... but I can say for certain that the help I got through their chat mechanism really helped me along. I had a few questions about how the app was going to work. I dealt both with Cole and Lisa and quickly got answers to my questions, strategy hints and technical help.

I waited on average - about 10 minutes for help (they said I'd get it within 4 hours so this was a relief).

Hopefully use of the SMILE app will be smooth sailing, but for what it's worth; I'm happy there are people "nearby" to help if I have problems
