This app does have great features. However, please note that if you cancel your subscription immediately, you will not receive a refund. I contacted them repeatedly but received no response. After uninstalling the app, their manager sent me an email. When I replied to this email again requesting a refund, I received no response. Please choose this app with caution; you'll waste a lot of time and money. If the Bestchat administrators see this review, please refund our subscription fee, as we didn't even use the features!

You purchased a monthly subscription and requested cancellation and a refund on the same day. In fact, we provide a 7-day free trial period before subscription so that users can fully experience the features before making a payment. Additionally, after you raised your concerns, we communicated with you multiple times via email to clarify the situation.
According to our subscription policy, cancellation means stopping the renewal of the next billing cycle and does not include a refund for the current paid period. This is a common practice in the SaaS industry and is clearly stated to all users during registration.
