A big thanks to Sonny for being super helpful when I had questions. I actually didn't expect a reply so fast. I had a special requirement, and they added that in for me not long after I installed the app, tested it out on multiple devices and even sent me videos so I could see how it was working.

The settings are really straight forward, and the app is easy to navigate. I previously had a manual chat on my website, and I think this is going to be so much more helpful for customers. You can even configure product recommendations based on products and also have it give a code when someone adds something to cart to nudge them to purchase. It's awesome! Loving everything about it so far!
