I really do not get any nptiofications on this app or alot of inbox from my customers from Shopify Inbox. I really do npt know too much about it and wouldlike to know more about it and how to utilize it more for my customers.

Happy to point you in the right direction! To get message alerts, open Inbox, go to Notifications, and turn on mobile, desktop, and email. For mobile alerts, install the Inbox app and log in with your Shopify account, and keep it updated. To learn the ropes and make sure chat is live on your store so customers can reach you, the Inbox guides at help.shopify.com are a great start, or our team at help.shopify.com/support can help you set things up.
