Been in UI/UX and software development for nearly 20 years, I've never seen a more difficult tool in my life
Many configurations that don't get connected by default, and impossible to troubleshoot. The Chat service is a joke. They never respond, and the chat service disconnects while you're waiting sometimes hours to get someone.
To make it worse, they're happy to take your money for ad campaigns even when the app is not configured correctly, resulting in just a loss of funds with no benefit.
