I’m naturally very wary of apps, especially in ecommerce. So many promise the world and underdeliver.

MIDA is the real deal.

The onboarding was smooth, the data was clear and actionable, and the customer service has been outstanding. Within 24 hours we had enough meaningful insight to confidently make a change to our site, and that change turned into an order just a few hours later.

That kind of speed and clarity is rare. Highly recommend.
