its good, only problem is you cant copy/past images and links....very annoying when trying te help a customer

Glad Inbox is working well for you overall. I can see how not being able to copy and paste images and links slows you down mid-conversation. For sharing images, the attachment/upload option in the message bar is often a quicker route than pasting, and links can be sent as typed-out text. Your feedback on making copy and paste smoother is genuinely useful and helps us keep improving Inbox for you and your customers.
