Just downloaded to our shop pre-launch. Customer service is phenominal as we are setting up and learning- quick, efficient, available at any time, and real service from real support agents that know the application. Free starter plan allows us to launch and gives us time to analyze customer return behavior and volume before upgrading to the plan that will work best for us post-launch. Not many applications offer this, so I am extremely pleased. Seems to be set up to seamlessly support shops from launch to growth and scaling stages with reasonable subscription pricing beyond the free starter plan.
