Judge.me Product Reviews App

I had been using a different review app for over 9 years. Little by little the prices increased (extra Paid features) and customer service got slower and slower. Finally, I made the dreaded decision to move to another app. Judge.me was my choice based on the huge amout of positive reviews in the Shopify App store.

First I exported my reviews from my previous reviews app, uninstalled it and removed the sections from my store. Then I downloaded and installed Judge.me. It was very easy to import my reviews into the Judge.me app. After that I explored the various settions and adjusted the colors and styles to my liking. (The widgets are very simple to adjust). The whole process took less than an hour or so.

Finally, I explored every little detail about the app and how it looked in my store on Large screens, tablets and on smart phone screens. Out of the box the app performed flawlessly.

I did find that my previuos app was somehow still showing review "stars" on my collection pages. (I had asked for that customizatioin - it was why it remained after the uninstall). I also had a problem with when tapping the "stars" under the Product name it didn't work the way I wanted... I wanted my "REVIEWS" tab to automatically open.

I reached out for help to solve these two issues. My request was answered in minutes. (Needless to say I was impressed). Andrew said he would be helping me. Indeed it was true. Andrew removed the old leftover code and replaced the stars on my Collection pages with the stars from my (imported) Judge.me reviews. Now, when a customer taps the review "stars" under the Product name it automatically opens my REVIEWS tab, just exactly as I wanted. This was all accomplished the same day I installed the Judge.me app.

I spent the next day exporing all the features and options that the Judge.me app offers. A large selection of easy to install widgets, many customization features, auto publishing to my SNS pages, easy to understand flow (and adjustment) of review requests sent to customers and (very important to me) Google rich snippets & Google MyBusiness, Google Shopping. (These were extra paid options on my previous review app).

Finally, the pricing is simple. Just 2 plans. FREE and Awesome for just $15. (about half of what I was previously paying). As a long time store owner (I did receive the 10,000 orders Shopify award - working on my million) I know the importance of a good reviews app so of course I chose the Awesome plan from the get go.

I can only say that I'm very disappointed that I waited so long to make the change. I highly recommend this app and praise the customer support. Well done! I'm looking forward to growing my business together.
