Excellent Support and a Fair Resolution

I originally left a 1-star review after seeing a $15 charge through Shopify Billing after I had already uninstalled Judge.me.

Following my review, Isabela, a Team Lead at Judge.me, personally reached out to me. She clearly explained that the charge related to a subscription period that had already started while the app was still installed and that uninstalling the app had correctly stopped future renewals.

She also acknowledged that this could have been communicated more clearly and issued a full refund of the $15 charge.

I really appreciate the way Isabela handled the situation. She was professional, transparent, and fair, and my concern was fully resolved.

Customer service should be judged not only by whether problems occur, but also by how a company responds when they do. In this case, Judge.me handled the resolution very well.

I’m therefore updating my original 1-star review to 5 stars based on the support and resolution I received.
