In this instance, the customer mentioned Amazon only as part of a comparison about the product's quality and value, without promoting a specific product, seller, brand, or link. For that reason, we determined that the review didn't meet our criteria for removal.

This doesn't mean that we allow any marketplace or competitor references in reviews. Content that constitutes genuine spam, advertising, or promotion can be removed when it meets our removal criteria.

We understand that you disagree with our assessment and respect your concerns. However, as a review platform, we need to apply our moderation standards consistently across merchants to maintain the integrity and fairness of customer reviews.
