We’ve been using Tidio’s Lyro AI Agent along with their automated Flows and have been very happy with the results. Our AI resolution rate is around 90%, which has helped us significantly reduce the number of customer service inquiries our team needs to handle manually. Overall, Tidio has been a great addition to our customer support setup!
