17TRACK Order Tracking

App was allegedly hacked and malicious code was installed onto our site. It is still unclear what exactly happened but this app was one of many to be hit recently. I will never trust it again. I have now switched over to CWILL and after setting that up, I've realized I should have switched a long time ago. This app is awful in comparison. A week ago I ran a test. I pulled up 20 random orders; 10/20 showed no results on the tracking page (these are all orders which are in transit/delivered so should pull info), and 6/20 took 15+ seconds to load results. In summary, this app didn't work literally 50% of the time (this was mostly with Fedex tracking numbers), was very slow, and recently had a major security incident.
