I am changing my review to 5 stars because apparently, things got much better now. A few months ago I got conflicting information from the support representative, and I had to dig a lot on my own, and it was an issue on the app side, and lack of proper description on allowing checkout at facebook or on shopify. We are pass that and the current upgrade works great.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and experience. The Facebook app is designed simply to create a connection between Facebook and Shopify to sync your products should you want to promote them via Facebook Pages, Instagram, or Marketing. While the app itself would not cause orphan pages, I'd be more than happy to go through your store with you to help identify what may be causing this issue.
