Our small company had an issue with the fees associated with our Smile program, and even though it was almost 5 pm on a Friday afternoon, their customer service folks jumped right on the case and resolved it quickly, to our great satisfaction.
Our customers have been happy with the Smile program and its benefits, so we look forward to continuing our relationship with this service. Thank you!
