SMILE.io customer service actually has solid customer service that goes above and beyond, even as they grow their company in size, they have been thoughtful about their current base considering changes to their business. I will say we have had bumps along the road but they deserve 5 stars for actually resolving issues.

Shout out to David for making things right.
