We've been using Rivo for about 6 months and have had an amazing experience so far. Their customer service is top tier – fast, efficient, and extremely helpful. Jel was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to upgrade our account with features outside of our paid plan to help us get the best use out of the app. Would definitely recommend!

Arianne was super helpful with helping me finish getting my setup completed. She even went as far as helping me with something I didn't even know was a thing (Favicons). Highly recomend this app. Very cool app and excellent customer service!

Hi Brian,

I'm sorry for your experience so far using the app. We store credit as a referral reward – which essentially acts as a commission for referring friends, as you can earn credit for every friend you refer. I'm more than happy to set up a referral campaign and the app to function this way for you. I updated our app listing to reflect a more accurate representation of that.
