The app itself: Easy to set up, wonderful to customize, great possiblity to get and collect feedback from your customers. I like the e-mail function and to offer customers a reward in case of giving a review with a picture.
For a small shops still in the beginning it is also so unbelivable great and important this app is for free!
Also: a 10+ Star customer support. Very fast, very friendly and amazingly supportive. I got much more as I asked for.
