Whenever I have issues (all related to customers who can't access account or sign up for one), I'm told it's my fault or my customer's fault. It's incredibly annoying. Nothing ever gets fixed. Clearly, if a customer has an account with my store, it should also be able to create a loyalty account but if you ask this app developer, that's not true. Somehow, some way they are doing something wrong. I would look elsewhere. i just waste time trying to get this thing to work. Once installed, it's a lot of work to switch to another app which is what they count on. Now I'm left to find another app where my customers can actually partake in the loyalty program that we pay for monthly. Ridiculous.

Sorry for any confusion or inconvenience caused. Our engineer checked and found that the customer always checked out as guest and never created an account with your store. You may want to ask him to create an account on your account registration page. I'll send you a more detailed explanation and instructions in the ticket.

We have already installed the Sloyalty in all our websites. Crystal provides amazing customer service. Very easy to set up!

Pros
1) Good app in terms of basic operations. 2) Good support CONS
1)You cannot remove any points for tagged orders ; you have to go to the app and manually remove them. Meaning if I want to make an order ineligible for points then the above needs to be done rather than a quick process.
2)They count all orders in their pricing calculation. So all our test orders, Cancelled orders, orders created but deleted everything is counted so its unfair All in all I would say you can choose alternates if possible. If you don;t find anything this is fine too; but nothing great as such to be wowed about. Remember apps like these want you to begin with them so that you stick with them later as you have data. So for long term the above CONS are bigger than the PROS of the app. Please BE AWARE!

Disappointed they have merged the refer a friend feature to Referral Candy, and charge a separate fee for this. Already expensive enough. To be honest, this was the best feature.

We had an issue recently due to our wrong modification on S Loyalty's file, I wrote email to support, and the reply and solving speed is super fast, really happy with their service.

Great app. We've happily used Sloyalty for 3 years and it's become essential to our business. Rewards programs are so important these days and Sloyalty has been an amazing, easy-to-use option.

Our customers love earning points with the S Loyalty system! Customer service is great, very timely and helpful! They are able to mark codes as used if a customer wants to add a discount code after completing a purchase so this is very helpful! The quick chat feature in the app is very useful and lets you easily and quickly contact support for assistance or help updating a customers points or marking codes as used after a customer calls in asking to manually apply points. Thank you Anthony for all of your help!

We use the app since months and are highly satisfied. Easy to use and the outstanding customer support is highly appreciated. Even our advanced demand of running the app on multiple shopify platforms was met, and customer support was very helpful with the implementation in this regard. Highly recommended provider and app!!
