so far so good. lets see how it goes! Only just installed and set up and it seems very straightforward and easy to do. would love a little more editing on the 'congrats' messages but who know si may find that later :) Seems streamlined and okay, about to test and see how it goes live.

Good app so far, easy to set up, great dashboard/interface. Four stars only because doesn't work with mobile. I highly recommend it!

Almost a "Great" app! It is a very solid 4 stars and offers a decent amount of options. What makes S Loyalty really stand out is the dashboard and ease of use not to mention the customer service which they take very seriously.

I will admit I was disappointed to find out that the "Fan Overlay" was removed especially when so many small businesses look to social media to help grow and brand their business. S Loyalty did provide me a response but perhaps S Loyalty will reconsider and add it back as a "Paid Option" to at least give customers the option to use it. If they don't it's a business decision which I get as there are always costs involved.

During my initial review I provided some options that I felt would be of great value to both S Loyalty and to us business owners. They quickly got back to me and addressed each of my recommendations with most of them currently in the development stage which would be a huge plus once available.

Overall I would recommend this app for those who are looking for a Loyalty program to add to their business.

Easy to install and overall a great app. As I am a new business and don't have enough customers it wasn't cost effective BUT, hopefully, in the next couple of years I will have a bigger customer base and will definitely use Loyalty Suite.

Easy to install and use. Everything is pretty simple to figure out and it definitely makes your shop more appealing. Only reason for deducting a star is the price, as a small shop owner giving rewards out and paying the monthly subscription can be a little much but I do think its worth it.

Nicely priced and very helpful. It would be awesome if there were more apps like this for Shopify. I tried some of the other rewards apps and they suddenly increased very steep in their pricing. This is definitely the easiest one I've used, and it has great options if you want to get fancier in your rewards displays.

If I can set this up on my own... anyone can.

After looking at a few other apps, I decided to run with SLoyalty for a customer loyalty rewards program. It was very easy to install and set up.

I had a few questions in the beginning and the people that responded to my questions were very helpful.

I'm looking forward to using this as a tool to increase the number of customers that come back to make purchases in my store on a consistent basis.

The installation was straightforward and hassle-free. I like the loyalty widget and app for making the job of running a rewards program simple. The fan-builder and refer-a-friend app were not as useful for me as they didn't covert customers very well for me. This may be very specific to my store though, not a fault of the app itself. The downside to the app is the lack of customisation. The basic widgets colours do not work with my website and nor does it use neutral colours. I would really like to customise it, but the plan that allows such customisation is far too expensive. That's the reason for the four stars and not five.
