The decision to remove customer acquisition feature like rewards for referrals was unfortunately a disappointment to many existing customers though....which what I wrote initially, but SLoyalty immediately contacted me with instructions on how to integrate SLoyalty with Referral Candy to create a referral system rewarding customers with SLoyalty points. Looking good!!
Easy to implement and support from sloyalty has be excellent. Would have found it helpful for a little direction as to what rewards work but overall great so far.
Nice design. Simple to set up and administer. Customers are saying it's easy to use. Very responsive customer service. My store has been open about a week, and I also just installed the Refer A Friend feature. So far I'd say I highly recommend it!
So far the app is great! We love using the refer-a-friend and rewards program feature. We decided to no activate the fan builder portion of the app at this time as it seemed like that might have been too many things going on. It will take some time to really see the results from the app but in the end I think it will be well worth the monthly fee. The app is very easy to install and user friendly!
We love being able to connect with our customers, offer incentives, and show our appreciation all at the same time. This is the best app for customer loyalty that we have found. The great part about this app is that after logging into their account; the customer is reminded of their point totals automatically. Our previous platform did not offer this functionality which left many rewards points simply unclaimed. Not the case with this app. 5 Stars all the way! ~Selah~
Great App! Super easy to use and to set-up. Any questions the team are quick to respond on the live chat and are incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond helping me change the settings, running a full check and making sure no customers missed out on points after updating. Highly recommend!
Easy to install, was up in running in only a few minuets. Our customers are very excited for the new rewards. Developer was very responsive to questions and even volunteered to help with some custom installation. Very happy so far!!!
I love this app. I was hesitant to try the free trial, but decided to go for it and am I ever glad I did. Within the 14 day trial I scored 200 email sign ups and from that gained 12 orders. My customers are pumped about the rewards points and the cool thing is that you can import orders from before you installed the app so loyal customers get to cash in almost immediately. If you have an online shop you need to get this app!
