So far so good. They're still working on integrations with social media and the iOS app but I like how many more customizations I can add here than in the Shopify Inbox app.

WOW!!!! Simple and easy to use! The best part is that my personal phone number is not listed, it goes directly to the app to answer customer questions. Customer service is 5 STAR !!! Very fast to answer questions and to help out if needed.
