I use sellbrite to list products from Shopify to Amazon. If you want to use Shopify as your data source of truth, make sure to explicitly get "Sellbrite for Shopify" as it's not immediately that when you get it here from the Appstore.

Please don't be fooled by all the positive reviews. This software has so many problems and issues with the connection between website and marketplaces. Not to mention you will have to wait 24-48 hours to get basic support. If they can't resolve the problem you simply won't hear back from them. If you are a very small company with few SKU's this is a perfect software for you.
I nagged and they listened.
This one fix has MASSIVELY increased the value of this app, and i can now recommend it.

Great app, keeps our Shopify, Amazon, and Wal-Mart inventory all synced up and is pretty easy to learn. Very good customer service to boot :)

I use this app to manage my inventory in 6 marketplaces. As long as it is working and uploading tracking and counting things correctly it is ok, but if you have a problem and need support then you have to wait until they answer your request between 8am-5pm.
