Muy contenta tanto con la app como con el servicio de atención al cliente. Las 4 cosillas que han dado fallo me lo han arreglado rápidamente. Es fácil de usar y ordenado. Se integra muy bien con Shopify y facilita muchísimo lo que es la generación de etiquetas de envío. Yo trabajo con las tarifas de correos. Ahorró perfectamente 7-12 horas semanalmente con esta función.

Zeer gebruiksvriendelijk systeem dat ons veel tijd en administratie bespaart.
Bestellingen worden soepel verwerkt en verzonden zonder gedoe. De interface is overzichtelijk en makkelijk te gebruiken. Bij vragen of leveringsproblemen reageert de helpdesk snel en oplossingsgericht. Een echte aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een efficiënte en betrouwbare verzendoplossing.

Excelent ! A very good solution to save time in the process of printing Shipping Labels and Track & Trace parcels. (2018) Today again problems with the integration.
Orders are not synchronizing from Sendcloud to Shopify.
I need to spend now all day checking which orders I send and which I didn't send.
Sendcloud does't send Shopify the information that my orders were fulfilled.
Also asked for some king of compensation but nothing seems to happened.

We gebruiken SendCloud om onze pakketjes te versturen. Zeer tevreden van. Bespaart ons telkens minstens 10 minuten en bij problemen is er steeds een persoonlijk contact die de zaken enorm snel kan rechtzetten. Zeer tevreden van!
Sendcloud didn't to fix a bug on their side that kept us from creating shipments because they were "busy rolling out new markets". It's sad because it's a good software and we really wanted to make it work. Finally, we decided to switch to another provider that is focussed on a working product (hopefully). Before signing the contract, make sure everything really really works. Their support takes very long to respond (up to 3 weeks).
Top application to start shipping with low shipping fees. Integrate smoothly with your own contracts once you scale.
