We use the Sendcloud app for all our parcels/shipments. Good value price/quality. Nice and fast creating labels.
It works super smooth and is reliable. I’m super happy I found sendcloud on time!
What can I say, a shipping tool that does not give accurate shipping prices for shipping destinations (leading to higher charges later and unknown at the time of sending). You better not have to send multiple packages for a single order to a destination where customs are charged. Dimensional weight? Not a thing in this app. If you only send small, single packages per order, it might work well for you, but it just lacks a lot of functions that I would expect from a shipping app.
De klantenservice is altijd goed bereikbaar bij vragen! Verder zijn de verzendregels makkelijk in te stellen :)

At the beginning everything was nice, but their service has been worsening over the last months.
It takes them over a week to let you know where a parcel has been delivered. It happens, more and more, that parcels are left at some neighbour and the information of where exactly the parcel has been left is not provided.
We have to manually request this info, and we get it a week later, which is not acceptable.
Also, upon the worsening service of the carriers, they keep on saying that it's not their fault, that they are only in between. But if I work directly with a carrier, at least I have an account manager at which I can make complaints.
With Sendcloud, they say that Carriers don't accept complaints about missing pick-ups for example, which makes no sense.
So, I DON'T recommend Sendcloud anymore. Their service idea is good, however, the execution has a lot of room for improvement.

Alors pourquoi 3 étoiles ?
Le service mensuel est passé en l'espace de 1 an et demi de 40 euros à 133 euros pour plus ou moins le même nombre d'envois et les mêmes services. Je trouve cela affligeant, des augmentations cela est "normal" mais a ce point c'est prendre ses clients pour des vaches à lait. Je réfléchis de plus en plus a trouver un autre service similaire et moins chère.
(nous avons notre propre contrat, 133 euros étant juste le prix abonnement + les fameux nouveaux 10cts par étiquette de frais qu'ils ont inventés)
Top app dat ik combineer met shopify. Alles verloopt zeer vlot en alles is mooi op te volgen zowel via de sendcloud pagina als via de shopify pagina. Ik zou iedereen aanraden om deze app te gebruiken wanneer je tijd, geld en frustraties wilt besparen.
ps: de hulplijnen zijn ook een hele grote meerwaarde! zeer vlot en altijd zeer snel geholpen!
J'utilise sendcloud depuis plus d'un an. Tout se passe bien, l'interface est claire et facile à utiliser. Le service client a toujours été rapide et efficace.

We use this app for 14 months now and we're more than happy with it! We have 2 Online Stores on Shopify and were looking for an overall shipping solution: easy to use, fast and comfortable. In addition, it should support a few carriers (DPD, DHL, UPS, Deutsche Post). And SendCloud can do all of it. It's affordable and has saved us so much time when it comes to shipping. Would 100% recommend!
