Sendvio: Email Marketing & SMS

Great app and great support! I wasn't too sure what difference a cart recovery tool would make, but so far we had 4 abandoned carts, and 1 was recovered from the auto-email! This tool will definitely put money in your pocket.

I was having trouble trying to understand the SMS automation, so I scheduled a call and a very nice lady by the name of Nallely answered all my questions and was super helpful! I recommend asking for her when you are having trouble understanding anything with the Sendvio app.

The app is really easy to use and the customer service is excellent! I moved to Sendvio from another email marketing app because I couldn’t template on my iPad. I ran into a templating problem with Sendvio and contacted customer service. They responded super quickly and in two days had redesigned the functionality so it worked on my iPad Air! Very impressed.

Not sure what happened to every automation we set up before this app was acquired and they had some UI overhaul. Everything worked great until recently and the show a pop up saying how everything is still the same but when you look deeper, everything seems out of place and too much like shopify email.

I get the simplicity they were going for but sometimes you have to keep the same UI until you make sure you can ship the version.

Edit: After receiving a proper response and testing the bug the Co founder reached out and has taken care of the issue which is why we have edited this review.

I really like this App. It keeps me focused on my store statistics.
Now I'm going to use it on a daily basis.

This app is truly AMAZING, you can recover up to 40% of your abandoned checkout, their price plan is super affordable and their support team will help you out when you need them. Highly recommended!!

Amazingly simply and effective. I lost track of how many extra customers this has generated. Excellent app and excellent customer service. I'm actually blown away at the effectiveness and simplicity of this app. The pricing beats everyone too. Finally, the customer service is top notch.
