I don't usually write reviews but the exceptional service provided by Mr Malik at Webbee was very good so I had to share. I needed some help with the config and quickly booked a meeting online and Mr Malik helped out straight away and got me up and running. Very good service and the app works well!

Great app and amazing customer service! We are setting up this app for our FBA integration. This app does exactly what they say it does - it links your Shopify products to your Amazon FBA accounts. When people buy your products on your Shopify Store and you have inventory at Amazon, this will submit the part of order that can be fulfilled by Amazon to them, automatically. The best part of working with WebBee is their customer support. It is amazing. Of all the software and vendors I use for my busines, they have been the most proactive and helpful. They reached out to me before I knew there was a problem and walked me through it step by step to fix the error, that I created when setting it up. This is not the most intuitive app to use, but it's not hard. There are just nuances you have to learn due to Amazon FBA terminology, which I wasn't familiar with. Once you get the hang of it, which was within two days of my support session with them, I felt confident with what I needed to do. If I could give them ten stars, I would. And, I never write reviews. They were that good at supporting my issues. Bravo, Team WebBee!

UPDATE 07/2024,
I now switched to another app because WebBee always showed "out of stock" for our digital products that do not have a physical representation on Amazon. Overall the app worked great until we made our business too complex.

ORIGINAL 04/2023
Connected our store yesterday in a 30 min support call with Malik. Works like a charm. I give it:
-10/10 for functionality
-6/10 for desirability because of the ugly UI -> You need support to set it up!!!
-8/10 for viability i.e. pricing
--> I hop you like the reference to the 3 important design thinking criteria for successful products.

Pro:
- Great support
- Can do what I need
- Pricing

Con:
-GUI is not great

What it can do:
- Sync inventory from Shopify to AMZ every 40 min or so
- Automatically (or rule based) creation of MCF orders for your shopify orders & getting tracking no to your customers via email then

What it cannot do
- Import orders from AMZ to Shopify
- Manage listings or anything

The app works perfectly, but more than that the customer service / support from the WebBee team is the best weve encountered in over 20 years in ecommerce. They are on it. You always get a polite reply with questions answered very quickly, if not by return.

I like this app so far. We are using it for a couple of weeks. It was easy to instal and operate. Good and easy settings/dashboard. Great customer service and fast response. We have some issue in settings from the beginning and resolve it very fast via zoom call and sharing screen with the knowledgeable person.
